Why management reviews matter

A management review is the upstream funnel for CAPAs and risk register updates. Many ISO standards require an annual management review with specific inputs (audit results, customer feedback, NCs, status of preventive actions, etc.). The minutes and decisions you record here become the auditable trail that the IMS works.
